StudentuniverseStudentUniverse is one of the world's leading travel booking sites for students and young adults under 26. We’re partnered with more than 90 airlines including United Airlines, British Airways, Air China and more to give you exclusive student flight discounts that can’t be found anywhere else. On top of that, we also offer frequent promo codes to make your flight the cheapest it can possibly be. A little history: we launched the site in 2000 and students liked us so much that we were acquired by Flight Centre Travel Group in 2015.

If you are looking for non-stop flights, discounts on places to rent or lease a vehicle, it can be done after making your flight reservations.

DO NOT use during covid. If there's any issues with your covid tests required for travel, their customer service will not get back to you for nine hours :) you will miss your flight and be fighting with your credit card company for months. Terrible service. I try to be nice to individual workers but being "mean" to the company itself is fine by me edit: since this is an ongoing dispute, I'll amend as time goes on.

Hi, we are sorry you had an unpleasant experience with your covid test and travel. Apologies that we were a bit busy during peak travel season (around Christmas), so the wait to reach out to our customer service could be a bit longer. However, even though you tried to contact us 3 hours before flight departure regarding your covid test issue (you were tagged as no show by the airline), we might still be able to get you refunded. Please reach out to our customer service again and provide proof of denied boarding, and we will do our best to negotiate with the airline. Thanks.

This is seriously absurd! I have booked a flight for my two daughters, then later on recieved an email of confirmation, i called to justify and just to confirm it was not a scam,as the amout of details i had to put in was suspicious . Put in mind i already confirmed the payment by entering a code through my online banking app, everything went through and i even got an email confirmation of my flight prior to this so called "security check" Now my ticket has been cancelled and my money is no where to be seen!! Im absolutely fuming , i called and they kept on telling me my email was not sent or that it was sent to drafts, which was not true and i did infact resent a screenshot of the email with the time sent. Still waiting... Do not put yourself through all this headache i advice you to just pay that extra watever it is amount at another agency.

My first experience with Studentuniverse and it was very pleasant. Have to ring them due to an error in one of the tickets bought and the staff was clear on advises provided, solving the issue to our satisfaction.
