Shipping took long. No communication or tracking of items. Had to guess if it’s fraud.

Stuff4crafts’ ample selection of Mettler Silk Finish thread which I use for hand piecing quilts. The price is one of the lowest online and usually the thread is sent to me within 24 hours. I’ve made sever purchases.

This was my first time buying at this…yes
This was my first time buying at this shop and all through me ordering it said free shipping if order >$25 than when I got to the check out it was gone I ordered $49

In order to receive free shipping on orders over $25, you must be logged on to a registered Stuff4 account. Upon check out, you need to enter the coupon code as supplied on the home screen of our site. I have gone ahead and refunded the shipping and hope you will give us another try.

The crafting items are great but it was hard to return an item the wrong one.

I ordered a blush water color poster…
I ordered a blush water color poster board. It was perfect for the baby shower I was planning and very unique. However when I received it, the poster board was bent. I was lucky I could put feathers over it so no one noticed the dent. I just wish they packaged it better when shipping it to me.

Tried to order sets of brushes
Tried to order sets of brushes, and were told they're out of stock.Stuff4Crafts, said they'd contact me when they were back in stock, yet have not heard anything from them, either way.

Wrong item shipped and then replacement…
Wrong item shipped and then replacement took almost 2 weeks to get here. Will not buy again. However Customer Service was great.
