If you ever notice that one of your clients is accidentally marked as a new client from StyleSeat, please click the link in the appointment details that says "New Client from StyleSeat" and then choose "Request a Correction". Our Support team is always happy to help in these instances! Additionally, we see that you are on our Premium Plan, which gives you the flexibility to opt out of New Client Connection in your settings if you don't feel like this feature is a good fit for you. Regarding our booking fee, this fee will power things like customer support, new feature development, and security measures. This is standard practice that other similar platforms use. In the event that you cancel an appointment, your client will be refunded for this fee. Your client will also not be charged an additional fee if they need to reschedule. However, we also have many tools and features that are designed to help you manage your business! As a Professional on StyleSeat, you are in control of the prices charged for your services. We see that you have Smart Pricing enabled, which will raise your prices slightly during your high-demand time periods to help increase your revenue. Since you're on our Premium Plan, you have the flexibility to disable this feature at any time in your settings if you don't feel it's right for you. We hope this information helps. Hi Rayven! Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. We're sorry to hear you've had a negative experience with some of our features and are happy to address your concerns. We see that you are on our Premium Plan, which gives you the flexibility to check out clients however you prefer on regular appointments. Please keep in mind, if an appointment is booked with our Smart Pricing or New Client Connection feature it will automatically checkout through StyleSeat. When StyleSeat introduces you to a new client through our New Client Connection program, there is a one-time 30% fee taken from their first appointment with you. This fee is reinvested into more marketing efforts to continue to bring in new clients to send your way. If you ever notice that one of your clients is accidentally marked as a new client from StyleSeat, please click the link in the appointment details that says "new client from StyleSeat" and then choose "request a correction". Our Support team is always happy to help in these situations. Since you're on our Premium Plan, you also have the option to disable New Client Connection at any time if you don't feel this feature is right for you. Payouts are determined based on when the appointment is checked out. Weekday appointments checked out before 3:30pm PST will process in 1-2 busines days, while weekday appointments checked out after 3:30pm PST can take 2-3 business days.
