I was unable to get an answer if the part I received was used, I feel if it was I should not have paid full price of a new part. The valve body I received had quite a bit of transmission fluid leaking through packaging, making me think I received a used part.

Torque converter busted in 22 miles after installing. Would like money back if possible. Had to replace entire transmission.
Response from SubaruPartsDeal.com· Jun 23, 2026
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the issue you experienced after installation. If you believe the torque converter may be defective, please submit a Warranty RMA request so we could assist you further. Warranty claims typically require inspection documentation to determine the cause of the failure and whether the part qualifies for warranty coverage. Our team will be happy to assist you through that process. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to helping resolve this matter.
