I was supposed to receive my order September 29th, and it was a gift, it's October 2nd i didn't receive it yet, and i didn't receive any notifications about the delay.
Response from Sunnah Goods· Oct 2, 2026
We’re sorry for the confusion! We offer several shipping options at checkout, and your order was placed using our Ground shipping option, which is the most economical option and typically takes around 2–5 business days. Your order is not considered delayed and is still within the expected delivery timeframe for the shipping service selected at checkout. We also offer faster shipping options for customers who need their orders sooner, although those services come at an additional cost. We completely understand that this was intended as a gift, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience or misunderstanding regarding the delivery timeframe.
