Starting with sales associate, Taylor. She did a great job. All other staff answered questions or followed up. Installation went well. All around good experience.

Installation went well. Before the installers began they gave me a rundown on the process of the install.

Quality experience and product from beginning to end. The installation was perfect. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ask for Steve from sales and Nathaniel & Donnell for installation.

SPF made the install work with the odd area involved. Am grateful since the afternoon sun pouring in from this side of my deck/room was unbearable during the summer months. Only thing I noticed that was not what I expected is when screen completely down there is still a small amount of space at the bottom that should have been covered by the screen. Other than that am completely satisfied with your service.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with SPF Screens and Awnings. We’re glad to hear the installation helped make your space more comfortable during those intense summer afternoons. We also appreciate you pointing out the small gap at the bottom when the screen is fully lowered. Your feedback is important to us, and we’d be happy to review this with you to ensure everything is working as intended. Please feel free to reach out to our service team if you’d like us to take a closer look. Thank you again for choosing SPF.
