Another victim of CROCS scam. Nothing arrived; repeated e-mails with no response. Do not understand how they get good reviews.

SCAM ALERT!!! I ordered a pair of the T-Rex crocs 11/06/2024. Fake tracking information, my package supposedly made it through U.S. customs then to Cleveland. I have contacted them several times. They keep texting me that the package is on the way, just not updating shipping. I just read the reviews and all of them sounded very similar. Totally Scammed and would enjoy entering the upcoming Class action lawsuit. SCAMMED!!!!

I ordered Crocs from them in October, 2 months have passed, but they still haven't sent me anything. They refuse to return the money. They keep asking me to wait and give a fake tracking number. THESE ARE SCAMMERS!

I am another victim of the "Jurassic Park Crocs" listing on this scam site. Fake tracking info, false assurances from seller when contacted, and no item ever received. My PayPal was also charged for an amount greater than the order or authorization - looks like shipping was billed twice.

We ordered a pair of crocs in the beginning of November. Last time we got a shipping update they were in Birmingham, Alabama on December 5 and left on the 6th. Have complained once. They got back with us the next day apologizing and telling us they were sending a second pair. Still haven't seen them. SCAM.

Order from October was allegedly in Germany with Hermes or DHL. They didn't even know. No movement for over one month. Made contact and they wanted me to be patient. Did wait another 2 weeks and nothing happened. Item allegedly still sitting in Hannover. I set them a suspense for another 1,5 weeks and told them I would open a case in PayPal if nothing happens til then. Next day I received an Email the cancelled the order and refunded me. I would recommend you better not order at sunsingers.

Would give zero. Ordered jurassic park crocs 2nd november, never arrived, told had been re sent, never arrived, they kept blaming courier. Total con men. Got a refund after raising complaint with paypal, but it took almost 2 months. Avoid them like the plague.
