Love the quality and design of Supcase’s products! Unfortunately I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and reached out to the company for help. long delivery time
It appeared to me that by the long shipping times from Atlanta to Dayton OH that this company does not stock anything. The quality of the product is very good but to wait 3-4 weeks for delivery and find out it shipped from China is very disheartening.

When the holster broke on my supcase I…
When the holster broke on my supcase I contacted the support department. I sent picture of my broken holster and they confirmed my case was under warranty. They immediately shipped an entire new unit including the phone case and holster. I was only expecting a replacement holster
