The employee was great and responded within 24 hours. When we received the clip, we compared it to the old one and noticed that the plastic on the replacement clip was of lower quality than the original.

Excellent customer service. I had a case for my iPhone 14 for about 10 months and the clip broke within days they sent me a new one and honored their warranty without any issues I received a new phone case days later.

Everything about my supcase phone case is great. It’s the only case I trust my phones with. Their customer support is g re at too. The rare occasion of needing to use the warranty is the best. I recommend supcase to all my friends and family

Thankfully, service was quick in replacing my broken z fold 6 case. Unfortunately, only about 2 weeks later the case broke again in a different spot... The company sent me a 2nd replacement very quickly, and it seems to be holding up well. I've been an avid user of Supcase for several phones now, so hoping this was just a fluke. Thanks again to the company for making things right!

I ordered 2 cases that were on sale. When I got my order one was the wrong size. At first I was told there were no returns or exchanges. After I clarified the issue was not on my end, they offered to send the correct product after I sent the case I received in error back to them. Inconvenient but I was willing to wait the extra time. The next day I had an email stating that my case was being shipped out and I needed to do nothing else. Within a week I did get the correct case and im satisfied with how the situation was handled. These are good cases, and worth the money.
