Order arrived really early
The motherboard I ordered from SuperBiiz arrived several days ahead of schedule, and it was in perfect condition. I would have no problem with ordering from them again.

Great service and prices.
SuperBiiz has always provided me the best prices on those components they stock. The components are high quality, shipped quickly and arrive on time and in good shape. I'll continue to use them for all my new builds.

Had to be present to get package so I …
Had to be present to get package so I had to pick up at a UPS 45 minutes and waited 3 days. Never again will I order from this company

Due to past customer experiences with stolen deliveries on high-value items, we now require a signature for certain products. While this information does appear on the UPS website tracking page for your orders, I understand that this requirement may not have been directly communicated to you when your order shipped out and we apologize for that. Product arrived dented and chipped
Product arrived dented and chipped with no physical damage to the box it was shipped in. The dent is not sending back to have replaced however I ask that the company takes better care to look over the product before shipping.

Hi Neil! Thanks for letting us know. That's very strange that the product was dented/chipped, but the box wasn't. Feel free to send photos of the boxes and all the contents to our customer support team so they have record of this ([email protected]). We may have to let the manufacturer know about this since they package the product in the boxes before it arrives to us. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to serving you again soon!
