Worked with Daniel, prompt responses and clear pickup/delivery instructions

The Company was very quick to provide a low ball offer and take my deposit. When time came to pick up car and deliver communication went silent. Car was never picked up or delivered. I would not recommend dealing with either Bryan or Daniel. When it came time for refunding my deposit they initially were going to charge me administration fees. When I discussed with Manager and stated I had documented our communication he then changed his position and said it would be refunded. It's now been almost 3 weeks and still no credit. When I reach out I either get no response or I get I'll check with accounting and then no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

Poor communication, repeated delays, and unfair refund policy I had a very frustrating experience with this company. My vehicle shipment was repeatedly delayed, and after all the back and forth, the driver was canceled without informing me properly. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time. I paid a $100 deposit to arrange the shipment, but when I requested a refund, they told me they would deduct $50 for load board fees, dispatcher fees, and other administrative costs, leaving me with only $50. I understand that arranging transportation involves costs, but as a customer, I should not have to bear these expenses when I have experienced repeated delays and poor communication, especially when the driver was canceled without my knowledge. The entire experience was disappointing, from the lack of communication to the way they handled my refund. I expected a professional and reliable service, but that was not my experience. I would advise anyone considering this company to get everything in writing, clarify the cancellation and refund policy before paying any deposit, and be cautious about the promises made regarding pickup dates. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

We use their service, and Michael Jones was my representative in the transaction, and everything went smoothly. Transportation, Great Efficient, and With Great Communication would highly recommend.

They suck do not use this service

SHS helped me move my car across the country. The broker was responsive, friendly, and scheduled my move within a time frame that matched my needs. The driver they scheduled me was equally professional and loaded/unloaded my manual car without any issues. If I need to make another big move, I will definitely return to them.

Very professional Company happy to do business with them and especially Michael Jones was a pleasure I hope we can do business again.
