Ordered some poms and a megaphone on 9/20. Received the Poms within a few days. 3 weeks later still waiting for megaphone. Emailed customer service on 9/28 to be told it takes approximately 10 days to ship. Called customer service on 10/11 to be told they are trying to get in touch with the supplier and will call me. I have yet to receive a call. And my competition is in 4 days!
