Don't agree with the fact that there's…
Don't agree with the fact that there's no refinancing because of lwop status. If you have leave on the board and the payments are being made on time, you shouldn't be penalized on how you use or dont use your leave

Sorry we weren't able to help but we appreciate the feedback. We do have guidelines in place to protect us and protect the consumer from getting behind. The idea behind that particular policy is that if LWOP is taken and the net pay drops below a certain point then the allotment payment will not come out, so we have to see the applicant working full-time hours at the time of review. Hopefully we can get you approved for a refinance next time.
