We ordered 9 bulbs which were sent in two boxes, which were taped together. Two bulbs arrived damaged because your boxes are flimsy and there was no packing around the bulbs to protect them and top box got smashed. Did not like that two boxes were totally taped together or that bulbs were just thrown in loose, in a flimsy boxes with no protection. It was very difficult to get customer service and took leaving 2 messages (never answered) and a third call.

Loved that product came so quickly. However, we expected it to be dimmable. It was not for our home workroom. The description should have stated rewiring is required as this product does not work in a non-commercial wiring facility. The dimmer required to make it dimmable is very expensive, plus the cost to rewire with a different standard not found in homes was also more then we wanted to spend. We chose to live with it as just a light without being able to dim it. I love the light it provides and love the look in the ceiling. If you sell the dimmer switch, you should refer to it in your description of light product so people know it is not your normal dimmer switch and see the price.

I ordered a standard lamp which had a dent in the base,contacted them,no response,although up to then,they were really good with keeping me informed.I also ordered 2 ceiling lights which have only just been put up as we are in a new build.One of them was chipped when it was taken out of the box.I couldn't really be bothered to contact them.I won't be purchasing again

When I received my package 3 of the bulbs were broken. I emailed the company and a week later I have not received a response.

It was OK. What I received was not what I expected.

After I received the bulbs I ordered, I noticed that the R30 bulbs didnt have the same lumen spec. on the packaging as specified on the website. I sent them the following message and never heard back: "I just received my shipment. I am a little confused in that your website specification for the SATCO S2808 indicates the initial lumens to be 685 yet the package they come in shows the lumens rating at 620. I purchased these in part because of the higher lumen rating. Can you help me understand the difference?"

The box these bulbs came in was crushed beyond belief. I thought for sure that the bulbs inside were destroyed. After opening the carton (exterior) I found a good deal of air bag insolation and another box inside with the bulbs themselves. Fortunately the bulbs arrive safely. I hope they all work and in time I'll find out. Wish me luck and feed the gorilla something else besides cardboard boxes.

Very Happy that they stocked the item I wanted, However not shipping outside the U.S. not so great. Luckily I have friend who was able to receive the item and then ship it onto the UK.
