Didn't have any initial problems like some other reviews I have read and have been enjoying riding the two pit bikes that I have purchased

Bike arrived in perfect condition. Looked it over and no issues. Runs great.

They refused to give me a replacement engine after telling them that a mechanic recommended it, even though i had a parts warranty. I haven't been able to use the scooter at all and will probably sell it.

Very happy with the 110cc quad. The price can't be beat. They had the better pricing than the local distributors near me in California, where I could pick up the same quad myself to avoid shipping fees. I was able to have the quad shipped from Texas and they still were the better deal. The quad came without issues and my family loves it.

They send me an ATV that didn't run - even though I paid for the road ready service. Then when I requested help from your service department, they acted like I was the biggest inconvenience to them. No I still have an ATV that doesn't work and am getting no return phone calls from anyone.

Hard to contact anyone shipping could be better both my machines were damaged

The shipping when ordering bikes put together was bad wooden crates all broke bikes damaged scratched but I kept them and Mike was our champion. He looked at pictures of the bikes and sent repair parts and my husband was able to fix. Also he refunded set up fees sense we had to take bikes apart and put together again. All worked out good bikes.
