The van conversion was done much sooner than I expected and at least so far everything is working great ! I wish I could get this type of service everywhere ! Brad Walpole helped us out so much . He even came to my house to pick up the other key fob we had forgotten !!! Excellent company , Thanks so very much for the way you conduct your services !!! Jon Vance

Bought a used Braunability van that rode terribly ruff. So far Braun has made attempts to correct the ride. Still not quite where it needs to be but getting better.

We had an excellent expierence when we went to "just look" at a handicapped van. Because my chair is a larger chair, we wanted to make sure it would fit through the door and there would be no problems turning it around. Mike Smith showed us a 2014 Town and Country, with 13,000 miles on it, which had been taken very good care of. It had lots of bells and whistles as well. After taking a ride we were interested in this vehicle. Keep in mind we were just testing the waters. Even though I have some mobility issues, I wanted to see if I would be able to drive also. Upon getting in the driver's seat, I found that because the inability of my right knee to bend very much, I struggled to get my foot squarely on the brake. The mechanic, I beleive his name was Brian, made several suggestions of adjusitng the seat and the foot pedals. It was still difficult for me to feel comfortable braking. He asked me if I had tilted the "seat", and I said I didn't know it tilted. When he showed me how to tilt the seat, it made a world of differnce, and I could then get my foot squarely on the brake.. That sold me on the vehicle. He made another adjustment that made the vehicle more comfortable for me as well. I have to say, they went out of their way to accomodate the vehicle for my needs. The process was flawless. They even delivered the vehicle to my home and we signed all the papers in the comfort of my home. Now that is service. I thank Mike Smith, Brian and Superior Van and Mobility for the great treatment.
