Our standard delivery window is 2-3 weeks from order placement. There were some delays in late April (which were clearly communicated on the website, as well as via transactional emails). All orders are shipped internationally, with FedEx being the domestic last-mile carrier, so the tracking information is very real - I'd really like to know more from your perspective here.
