They want you to forget you ordered…
Takes 14-28 business days to ship. I followed up a month after I placed my order asking for tracking information and they immediately refunded my order stating there were an issue with the supply of one of the items. If I never reached out, I doubt they would have refunded me and would have just kept my money.

Great Customer Service
I am unable to give a rating on the product being I did not receive it being it was out of stock. When I followed-up on the status of my order, I received great feedback and apologies for the inconvenience and received my full refund timely.

JJ provided exceptional service
JJ provided exceptional service. I was met with a quick response, information as to the reason for the delay in receiving my order, and additional information that could be helpful for future orders. JJ was also proactive by submitting a refund which absolutely would have been requested due to the circumstances. A job well done for sure!!
