I think they just want your credit card…
I think they just want your credit card information. You place an order for an item, wait awhile, finally get someone and they refund your money. This has scam written all over it!

Lightning Fast and Helpful Customer Service!
JJ responded to my order inquiry at lightning speed! Not only did he provide useful information, but refunded my order (due to unforeseen production issues) in literally two minutes of me sending an email. Couldn't have asked for better customer service!

When I finally located a valid email…
When I finally located a valid email address to send my request for a refund, as the product never was received, the Customer Service Representative acted promptly and my refund was applied to the card. I had not known that the products I ordered, were discontinued and needless to say, somewhat disappointed. However that is not the company's fault for the delay.
