My enquiry was answered promptly and my issue was resolved. What made the customer experience excellent was the representative took the time to explain what the problem was and how to resolve it if I chose to reorder.

I can't believe everyone is falling for the lies that this company is slinging. Look at ALL of the Five-star reviews and they ALL report problems with shipping or order fulfillment. They do commend the quick response by customer service, but if there weren't these inherent problems with shipping and order fulfillment that this company is rife with, no one would have to contact customer service!! Customer service says we all "chose" the wrong shipping option. HELLO - there is only one shipping option!!! Please don't fall for all of these misleading falsehoods.

Placed an order, received an email showing the order was placed, credit card charged and never heard anything else about my order. When I inquired about my order using their website no response. Going to ask my credit card company to issue a refund.
