I have ordered hundreds of these wipes
I have ordered hundreds of these wipes, raised two kids on them, and am now giving some to the homeless shelter. They are the best! Thanks for offering them again.

Even though the product I was ordering…
Even though the product I was ordering was not in stock and not able to be ordered, the email I received from JJ was complete, thorough, polite, and apologetic. It was the best “out of stock” letter I have ever received. I really appreciated it and it made what otherwise would have been a terrible experience, very pleasant and acceptable.
