Prompt and clear answer
While I did not like the answer - the manufacturer could not provide the product due to its problems, your agent provided a very prompt response with a clear explanation of the situation and initiated a full refund. I would consider using SupplyCenter USA again.

Total scam
Total scam - tried to buy air tags...days went by, no shipping confirmation. Finally e-mailed them. They are out of stock and not getting any more. Yet their website still sells them!
