Even though it was bad news
Even though it was bad news, TT (?) seemed to really look into our issue. He told me straight up and gave some resources to look at. I appreciated his customer service skill, reminded me of me in another life :).

Quick response and resolution
Its a Saturday and I sent an email to check on an item I had ordered weeks ago. I didn't expect to hear back for a week. The response was so quick and the issue resolved less than 15 minutes after I sent an inquiry. Thank you so much.

The only soap we use
