The ease of purchase was great
The ease of purchase was great, customer service was great. They reached out because they no longer had the kief catcher I wanted. I asked them to pay attention to the terpenes as opposed to the percentage of thc(a). They did. However, the strain was lackluster. I bought because my mother had such a good experience with them. It hasn't deterred me. I will try once again.

Bud is for sure pretty good for the…
Bud is for sure pretty good for the price, they have more expensive options I'm sure they're even better. I had issues with USPS again, but not LOUD.

Good quality
Good quality. However, there are frequent substitutions. Seem to be out of things quite regularly. Website could reflect this better. Very good customer service though.
