Kept receiving emails saying my forms were ready. When I logged on they always said they were either not ready or not yet approved. Had to make complaint to receive. Did not receive in the timeframe promised, did not receive in time for my flight so I had to cancel my trip.
Response from Support Pets· Jul 6, 2022
