Company refused to cancel my auto ship. Kept sending product and billing my cc stating I never canceled. It took 8 phone calls and still would not stop sending product. I had to call my cc company and report that credit card as lost in order to end this craziness. This company preys on elderly people by continuing to ship products and bill cc even when canceled.

Zero stars. Moved my Aunt into a home and soon thereafter the catalogs started arriving. We never gave them the new address they somehow found it themselves and started sending to new address without approval or request. Chatted online to stop the catalogs, first they set it up to send catalogs then told me it would take 90 days to stop them. 90 days for what? Took them only a few weeks to change the address on their own but 90 days to stop? Doesn’t make sense - if you can change the address in a few weeks then you can stop sending in a few weeks.

Ordered am item requested medium got extra large. Was told correct size would be sent. After about 7 days called to check status was told a check would be sent for refund. Requested a supervisor after 2 days still waiting. I want my shipping fee refunded as well. On their website they have all the good reviews. To get the real review you have to go outside of website. My next step is to file a complaint with the better business bureau.

Product was not even remotely as described (soft gel bunion brace): "realigns the big toe to help cushion and protect against bunion pain. Holds your toe in place to instantly relieve pressure on the joint." Too thin/flimsy to provide any support/pressure relief at all. Cost to return the product was more than the product cost. Last time I'll order from this catalog.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered two items and received one correct item and one incorrect item. I contacted them, let them know I'd be sending the incorrect item back, and requesting that they send me the correct item. I show that they received the wrong item back but they never credited me the amount and charged me for the correct item that I had already paid for. Do not order from this company! Wish I had read the reviews first. I have tried contacting them via email (so I'd have a paper trail and dates and got no response.

I ordered an item, I thought, but got only refills. When I went back to the site, it was rather confusing, but I found that there was no way to order the item. Calls to Support Plus verified that the item was no longer available. To return the refills, it would cost more than the item. I will not order from Support Plus again.

I only wish I could give NEGATIVE stars!!! My 99 year old mother asked me to please place an order for because she could not make the representative understand her nor understand the representative. I called, placed an order for a product my mom uses daily. The order came within a week. But only received 2 out of the six items she ordered, but the rest would be shipped separately. Three weeks later I called to report we still had not received it. Was told because hers was a rather large order, it must have been overlooked. Mom was completely out of the product and was told they’d ship it over night. Received one of the remaking four next day, but then nothing. Called again a week later, it had been shipped previous day, give it a couple of days. Now TWO weeks later (original order placed SIX weeks ago) I cannot make any of their representatives understand we did not originally order only two bags. They say they sent an extra one ( the overnight shipment) and the order is completed. I’ve told them she has been billed the ENTIRE order six weeks ago and the amount. They then started with “order is completed” again. I asked them why there’s a second shipment on her account for the remaining items, then they tell me wait a few more days!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I applaud people who’s first language is not English and are just trying to make a living. But when they cannot understand what I’m saying, I blame the company for putting them in that position. I have called her credit card to cancel their payment!!!!!!

Was not expecting the recurring charge for the useless VIP membership. They do have some decent items but the whole thing is a fishy mess. (Sic. Scam) I would avoid doing business here unless you want to be charged $17 dollars a month for the opportunity to save 10% on your future orders…only they aren’t upfront that people are purchasing this useless membership…. I clicked the button and said do you wanna save 10% and then when I went to check out was informed that I had been signed up for this baloney membership. They are not easy to deal with and keep shuffling you around different phone numbers I was able to find a web link to cancel this VIP membership I’m still waiting to see what happens. They tried to charge my card a couple times. Luckily I did change the card number after this happened but they are still attempting stay away from this company
