I never had to use this insurance so I honestly can’t say anything .

For the most part the insurance is good. It paid well on some prescription glasses. Our eye doctor no longer accepts eye med now. Dental has been pretty good, however, when it came time to get a yearly eye exam awhile back, they said I had no more money - that dental benefits had taken from eye??? Guess I don't understand how it works. Keeping it for now, except the premium just went up so remains to be seen.

Never had a claim. I really think it would have gone smoothly if I did need the coverage. However, the price was reasonable for the coverage but, I jsut could not afford to keep the insurance.

Seem to be a good organizations, but watch out for waiting periods on some of the benefits.

So far these people are taking good care of me.

So far I am satisfied, will definitely know when I start going to my appointments to see how good my insurance is.

I was very pleased with the product you provided me and I would have given you a 5 star, but there's no incentive for customers who pay for 12 months.
