Surety does a great job marketing Consultant skills and ensuring that the Consultant has the forum to succeed with the client. They do not micro manage and allow for the consultant to exercise their skill set. I have loved working with the Surety team in the Sales cycle as well as they collaborate with you to ensure that there is a good fit for both the client and the consultant.
