I was fortunate to have Tanya do my onboarding call because we were already familiar with each other from the Monday evening coaching calls she facilitates. She knew some of my concerns before we even began talking, so it was an easy conversation. She was generous and accommodating to what I wanted to discuss and yet she kept our conversation on track and focused on the objective of our meeting. She was knowledgeable and forthcoming with suggestions which put me at ease. This is how you want to feel when you are in a new space, dealing with so many new things at once. At the end of our call, she did everything she said she was going to do.
