Perfect service

I am a paid user of SurferSparrow. I was happy to use various features for the survey, but I felt uncomfortable because some of the features that were supposed to be available to paid users did not work. The customer service is friendly, but the response is slow, and there are cases where they reply at dawn. It would be good if the customer service and features could be supplemented a little more.

I was looking for an online survey app, easy to use and with good looking themes and design. After trying other companies I chose Survey Sparrow for how easy to use it was a because it gave a lot of different options to create an amazing survey. The reason why I gave two stars is: 1) spam, a lot; 2) they lie to you, they offer you a 25$ Amazon gift card if you leave a review on Trustpilot, and they never send it to you; and 3) if you try to get in touch with them, no response.

I've been using SurveySparrow for close to a year now for lead generation at events and it's a game changer. Surveys are easy to setup and user friendly on location.

I used Survey Sparrow for preparing a survey for my Master Thesis. I loved the fact that I was able to make the survey in different languages and also make it interactive for my participants. Also, even though my trial period expired, the team was kind enough to extend it until I finished my survey. Great tool.
