This software worked really well! One small issue.
This software worked really well for my small team's ENPS survey went sent out. Loved the customization and branding features. Super easy to share and gather results! I will say my only complaint is that I had a bunch of issues with my trial running out too early and then upgrading the plan. Eventually they got resolved with customer service team's help.

My personal experience has been great.
My personal experience has been great. I had used another "leading provider of online surveys" and found their pricing geared for larger enterprise businesses rather than smbs like me. So, I decided to do the 14-day trial. It has a little learning curve (what doesn't) but once I got the hang of building my survey, I feel the platform is excellent. And I love the experience from the customer POV. Happy to have gotten the annual package.

Very user friendly
Very user friendly and easy to set up. I would like to see more options for survey analytics but no complaints otherwise.
