Amazing customer service when I mistakenly ordered the wrong charger. What a great company.

When I was unsatisfied with the product I had chosen, a representative reached out and took a lot of care and time to help me find a product that would suit my needs at no extra cost. The new one is much better for me, and I really appreciate all the effort the representative (Lily) went to to listen to what would suit me and my needs as a customer. This is a company that cares about their customers enjoyment of their products.

Mine was defective but when I told them they offered to send me a new one! New one just got here today!

Excellent support. Got a product from a retail, the same problem occurred on multiple products I got replaced from the retailer. I didn't want to go back for a Forth time so I contacted the support and got sendt a new product. Didn't expect it at all.
