They exchanged the product very easy after it got broken. The old one was very fine (not the power outlet, it was the reason for the exchange). The new one is great and has a better power outlet.

Have not solved my issue. I need to return this product for your technical staff to send me the correct charging cable. The one provided as a replacement cable DOES NOT WORK with this device even though you claim it is the correct one.
