Very Good Customer Service from MUNBYN Android Customer Service showed that they cared about the customer and their product.

I originally purchased a iScan IDS002 portable scanner a few years ago through Amazon, on 19.02.2021 in fact. I used the item a few times after purchase for a particular project, then stored it away. A week or so ago I needed to use it again, but for some unknown reason - I think the internal battery was unable to hold charge - it failed to turn on, so I couldn't use it. I decided to contact Munbyn to see if I could get some technical advice on what the problem might be. Long story short - Munbyn have told me they will send a replacement scanner to me for free, even though the faulty one is way out of the warranty period. How good is that?! Absolutely outstanding customer service!

Great company to do business with. Customer service is top notch and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I bought a barcode scanner and it’s very well constructed. Feels solid in the hand and does not feel cheap at all. Definitely going to continue doing business with them.
