Great transaction, everything went smooth, get the money quick

The service is great. Sometimes a bit slow but I always get my money.

I have been using Swapsy for about 3 years now. It is a nice service but I have noticed the quality has gone down a little since then. It used to be the whole transaction would complete in 24 hours. But now, it can take a while for both parts of the transaction to be complete. I wish it would be faster - like it used to be. I also wish the bonus credits wouldn't run out so quickly. A week or something would be more helpful. But I appreciate not having to go down to a bank to do this and for good exchange rates and no exhorbitant fees.

I've used this site for over a year now and truly trust it. There were a few hiccups with the other senders but customer service always responded to me quickly and solved the issue!

It is seamless & amazing

Did a dozen of swaps. Only one time was more than 24hrs. The rat was all smooth. Swapped at least 10k of usd to RMB. Highly recommended. However you might have a bit of problem if you aren’t bilingual in Chinese and English if you encounter problem and need to speak customer service.
