Incredible products and people. My Husband and I both have jackets, I ordered the wrong size and they very nicely processed the exchange for me. We love the Swap Products and I just purchase the backpack. I am really excited to collect all the swaps!!

Swapwear has high quality products are affordable prices. I love that real artist creative the panels. Also you can create custom panels. Every ordered is handled with care. I own every type of base and so many panels. I love to switch them out and it's so easy to do.

Seriously, the concept of custom clothing with swappable panels is absolutely brilliant! I purchased a black denim jacket back in August 2026 with a custom panel for my band Dads On Couches. The jacket is gorgeous, fits perfectly, and is extremely comfortable! The panel is bold, colorful, and is easy to attach / remove. Since then, I’ve ordered a second custom panel for my brother’s band The Boy Detective. Just like my Dads On Couches panel, this new panel is also bold, colorful, and easy to attach / remove. Also, the original panel that came with the jacket, I had my brother stitch some patches from my other band Capaul. Therefore, I now own an amazing jacket with three swappable panels, making it possible to enjoy three unique versions of the same jacket! Mind-blown! 10/10! Must buy! These jackets rock! The fit is perfect looks great with the swaps I already have great quality good in between hoodie.

I've been eyeing up a denim jacket from SwapWear for a while now and finally ordered one after being unable to find one I like in my own country. Delivery to the UK was incredibly fast and due to a great deal they were running, I avoided custom fees too. It's a great quality jacket and I love the concept of changeable patches designed by artists. My only niggle is that I would have preferred a women's fit to unisex. I'm very pear shaped and struggled to choose between the XS and the S, as my bust and waist was well within the XS measurements but my hips are an inch larger than the S. I chose an XS based on the advice for women to size down. The fit in the shoulders and arms is good and it drapes nicely, but as expected it's far too narrow in the hips. I suspect a S would have swamped me everywhere else though. Doesn't really matter as I can wear it open or leave the last two buttons undone. For those who are a larger size on top, there are buckles at the bottom to clinch it in a bit.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service!! They made sure I got my jacket in time for an upcoming trip. The custom back I ordered looks great and the two standard pieces I chose are sharp and gorgeous. I love that I got a free one too because of my order size. The jacket is definitely oversized so pay attention when they say size down, I was a little worried but it fits perfectly! I can't wait to collect more swaps!
