Canceled my first redemption request and banned my account. They claimed "terms of services violation" but I had only played legitimately. Support refuses to refund purchases. Chargebacks will be in order.

Made my first redemption request and went smooth and fast! They formed me that I can’t use a credit card for redemption. I corrected the issue and added a debt card and my money came within 4 hours! Very impressed

I paid for a feature 7 times and not once did any feature activate. This site is a scam do not deposit. I will be disputing all charges. Customer service is also fake as well as the 5 star reviews on this site.
