I purchased two Rolex's from SwissLuxury. One of them was for my wife's birthday and was difficult to find since it was a new model. Darryl, the owner, found the watch and had it in my hands just in time and I could not be more appreciative. Darryl was professional and easy to reach by phone throughout the entire process. I was naturally hesitant to purchase through the gray market, but both the watches came from AD's with all of the appropriate documentation. I cannot recommend Darryl and SwissLuxury highly enough. My experience was excellent and I will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

SwissLuxury was my first experience purchasing an expensive watch online so I proceeded slowly and with caution. I contacted a good friend who works for a high end jewelry store in New Orleans to seek her opinion as her store does not sell Cartier watches. When she gave SwissLuxury a thumbs up I also pulled the trigger. All my inquiries were answered immediately and my beautiful watch arrived when promised! All after sale questions, etc. have been addressed promptly as well. Darryl is terrific and has made me a customer forever!

Quick response and shipping. No problems and I've made 2 purchases from SL. After the first purchase I received an email asking if all was good, after the second purchase, which was much more expensive, I did not receive any follow-up.

Great experience

Dealing with Swissluxury was a fantastic experience, especially compared to some other sites I've dealt with in the past. I had actually ordered the watch I wanted from another site and it came obviously pre-owned and I had to return it for a refund. I turned around and ordered the same watch from Swissluxury and it came in the factory packaging with the box and AD card in perfect condition. Fantastic value from this site and great response times. I will continue to make Swissluxury my go to watch site.
