I have bought some things from the TableTennisStore in the past and have always found Ben to be very helpful and their prices to be competitive. Ben will take whatever time is needed to get you what you want. I just bought a blade and rubbers and had it assembled by them. I got it today and it is the most PERFECT assembly that I have ever seen! Much better than I can do and better than I've gotten from other shops!

We ordered a table for Christmas and the TableTennisStore personally drove to us to make sure we had our order on Christmas Eve! 10/10 customer service and would highly recommend!

La experiencia de atención al cliente en TableTennisStore.us ha sido sumamente decepcionante. Solicitar información básica sobre un producto debería ser un proceso sencillo, pero aquí se convierte en un verdadero infierno: mensajes ignorados durante días, ausencia total de soluciones y una comunicación que transmite desinterés absoluto hacia el cliente. Una tienda que no responde ni aclara dudas básicas genera desconfianza y hace imposible concretar una compra con tranquilidad. En lugar de facilitar el acceso a sus productos, complican cada paso del proceso. Esta falta de profesionalismo y atención convierte lo que debería ser una experiencia de compra en una pérdida de tiempo.

I placed an order for a pair of Joola Rubbers on January 4, 2025. After four days I received no emails on status of my order . I sent a email to ask for status of my order. It was messed up somehow and I was advise to place another order. I did placed an order on January 8. I haven’t received the email to notify me it has been shipped or not . I do hope they will let me know soon.

Dear Thanh Apologies. For some reason we never saw the first order. We will investigate this to make sure there are no duplicate charges. The second order we received last night and this is being processed. It will likely ship tomorrow. We will update you once we get the tracking. We will also include and mail some free protection sheets to help extend the life of the rubber topsheets you purchased. If you need to communicate further, please use our Chat Box on our website, as we don't hold Trustpilot in high regard, as they have erroneously lumped a few reviews from an unrelated website onto our account. TTStore has been my best supplier of all my ping pong need for 10years. I trust their advise whenever I have a question. Ben Nesbit is Mr. Table Tennis in the USA and Ben has done more to promote our game than anyone.

I placed an order #8732 on 29th Oct 2023. Since then its been almost one month. I haven't heard any updates for shipping, no tracking info. Sent emails to orders at tabletennisstore.us but no reply. I will not advice buying from this website tabletennisstore.us
