I've purchased quite a few Tack Life products over the years and all have done their job. One purchase was their Jump Start Power Pack. and although only used once maybe twice a year it now doesn't recharge. I've reached out to the company to ask for some advice/get help with this and have had no response at all. As a pretty loyal customer this is a really poor level of care and customer service. It seems they don't really care, shame really. Another customer lost........

I bought a 160 bar pressure washer. That so far is ok, but the support team either don’t speak English or are too thick to tell me what the Lance connector is compatible with. As it stands the washer is fine as a washer, but if you want to use any other accessories, such as a drain hose, or a sand blaster attachment you can’t until you know what type of connector is used ( I.e is it Bosch, Greek, Lavir, or one of the many others). It seems implausible that Tacklife themselves don’t know, but it seems 5hat is the case.... MESSAGE is do not buy if you want to do anything that use a High pressure cleaning Lance.
