Went to my local Take 5 in Butte, MT and they changed the oil but left the old, dirty filter instead of changing it out for a new one as asked. They refuse to acknowledge what they did and will not communicate nor re-do the job. And this was after they accused me of using a fake coupon (a coupon that THEY sent me totally unsolicited) and kept harassing me to "speak up" even though I was practically yelling at the apparently deaf person who runs the place. Would never, ever go back here ever again - even if they paid me.

Do not go to Take 5 Oil Change. My wife did. They charged her for new windshield wiper blades and did not replace them. Somehow they switched the wiper arms, left to right. She took it to the dealership for another matter and they discovered the left/right issue and that the original wiper blades were still in place because they are the “H” Hyundai emblem on them. On that model car, left/right does make a difference. She also asked for a new cabin air filter. On another trip to the dealership, she discovered that Take 5 had not installed a new filter and had lost the air filter cover. On my car Take 5 checked the rear differential fluid, not requested by me, and did not replace the cover correctly. I called the store manager. He refused to give me his name, demanded proof that Take 5 was responsible and hung up on me. They tried to flush the radiator on both my and my wife’s vehicles because “there was too much antifreeze for summer months.” Take 5 tries to sell things you do not need, are rude and use deceptive business practices. Go somewhere else and you will be glad you did.

Take five is my oil change place, it’s convenient & professional friendly service. They actually give you a complimentary bottle of water while you wait. And in the Florida heat that’s nice. You can sit in your car the whole time it’s fast easy & painless. This place actually checks everything too. The location is easy , I go to the one in Stuart by the Bridge on us1.

Take 5 oil change. They say out of core synthetic oil to upcharge to 109.00 oil change. Had a coupon for 25 off. Final price 119 after coupon. Their upcharging everything after the fact and adding hidden fees like labor costs, oil filter not included in price of oil change, etc. Buyers beware.

I went to Take 5 Oil Change for a simple oil change, which their site defines as “ Take 5 provides fast, stay-in-your-car oil changes that not only include the standard oil and filter replacement, but also provide complimentary services including tire pressure check and fluid top off (anti-freeze coolant, washer fluid, power steering).” Then they charged me a extra $4.80 for 0.4 quarts of extra oil (equates to $12/quart) plus another $8.98 for shop charges. When asked to define “shop charges” they mentioned the “free” top up items mentioned in their oil change definition! DOUBLE CHARGING FOR THESE TOP UPS!!! Plus shop charges for a simple oil change- REALLY!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!! Just include the “shop charges” in the quoted price vs lying and trying to hide this extras and sneak them past people without mentioning them until after they have been paid!!!! I left feeling Lied to and ripped off!

I live in Cleveland Heights Ohio the location you guys have over there they need more workers an the workers they do have heeds to pick up the pace like it say Take 5 min oli change try 45 to an hour I got there at 2:30 pm an I left around 3:30 all I wanted was a top off like not sure why it took so long but I do kno they need help bad fr .

THEY NARE WAY OVER PRICED. ONE THING THEY SAID QWAS I WAS OVER THE 75000 MILE LIMIT AND IT COST MORWE. THEY CHJASRGE AN $7.99 SHOP SERVICE CHARGE WHI9CH IS B S CHARGE 12.99 FOR EXTRA QTR OF OIL NEVER GOIJG BACK AND TOLD THEM LOST A CUSTOMER!!!

I went today to get an oil change which costs just under $100. The guy doing the oil change told me I needed a coolant flush. He told me all kinds of terrible things would happen to my car if I didn't do it, so I asked the price. He said $45 and they would take half off, so I said go ahead. When it was done I tapped my card. When I got home I looked at the bill. It was $240 and change. I called them and asked how my bill was a hundred dollar more than I was told. The guy insisted he had told me the flush was $160 and he took $20 off. I told him he did not, and he kept telling me he did say it and that I didn't hear him correctly. He blatantly scammed out of $100 and then tried to blame it on me.
