Order a product for son for Christmas, over a month did not received it contacted them no answer very upset. Don't waste your money

Hello Sabrina. We sent out a Shipping Notification to your email on December 3rd indicating the dispatch of your Item which has shipped via OSM (Tracking ID: 6052141130746) and is due to arrive on Tuesday. Moreover, we never received any correspondences related to this Order.

Upon investigation, your Order was delivered to an Emily Forti on November 18th (Left on the front door/porch via Amazon Shipping) as you had indicated in your Shipping Address from your Order. Moreover, we never received an correspondences from you as this is your first attempt for support.

I like the looks of the pen, and it arrived safely. However, I was a bit disappointed to find it came without any ink cartridges -- which wasn't made clear on the web page.
