Eased my concerns
This was a new experience for me. I was concerned with several questions during enrollment. They answered all my questions and put my mind at ease.

We had a few questions regarding how everything works and the customer support team was very helpful and prompt with the responses. They were honest and upfront as well.

if i can give it 0 stars I would! it's been two weeks and I am still stuck on a GRAYED out page that won't allow me to continue with my open enrollment. I have chatted with the reps, called support, and even got emails that they said have been fixed but i am still stuck on the same page!!! just getting a work around that no one can help or solve and I am running out of time and patience. They took days to reply to emails, and the reps that you chat online with takes 10-20 minutes for a simple response. such a horrible experience. I still need my coverage!!!

Take Command is unable to handle onboarding mid year hires. I have employees who have ACA plans in place for over a month but Take Command still hasn't flagged their Participation as Enrolled in HRA. For one employee it's been over 60 days.

I felt like I really mattered. The rep did not treat me like I was just another call in her busy day. She held my hand and took the time to help me.

Customer service call that walks you thru the process of deciding on a plan and enrolling is outstanding. The rep was knowledgeable and gave me insight on what to look for to maximize my coverage at the best prices. Website is clear and understandable - easy to navigate
