My Take Command assistant Amanda did an amazing job of explaining my coverage and how to go about getting enrolled.

I did little...you guys did pretty much everything. I feel like I can turn the whole process over and not worry about it.

The enrollment process did not go smoothly as promised and I still have staff not enrolled or now finding out that their doctor is not in the plan they chose as promised. Also the onboarding staff is not as professional or helpful as promised

Absolutely horrible experience. My company began working with them and because of their absolute lack of competence they caused my family to have two months of coverage gap. I won't go into the entire story, but it was genuinely one headache after another. Not to mention, their customer service takes forever to get back to you and will give you the run around. They're either extremely negligent or it's just a scam. Either way, my infant was without insurance for two months and I'm furious. If I want my reimbursement I have to go through them - my hands are tied. Any employer considering this company, go elsewhere.
