Ordering online but being charged a cc processing fee for an online-only company. This makes no sense since I cannot physically hand you cash or a check. If an invoicing option is available, please advise.
Response from Taradel· Jun 23, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the credit card processing fee, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify. In addition to credit card payments, we also accept debit card transactions and ACH (bank transfer) payments, both of which do not incur a surcharge fee. We'd be happy to walk you through these options at your convenience. The surcharge on credit card payments is a direct fee from the payment processor. We do not mark up these fees or add them to our pricing. This helps keep our pricing fair and consistent for all customers, regardless of payment method. Please feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience. We're here to make the process as easy and cost-effective as possible for you.

The website is fairly easy to navigate and they are available to answer questions. The on-line editor for the mailers is great, if a little limited in features. I cant complain about tyhat either because it was easy to use and ended up making what looks like a great mailer.

Sunny is excellent! She went above and beyond this week helping us to get 3 orders sorted out. She was able to hop on a phone call at short notice, was very friendly and responsive, and was able to show us how the B2B list building feature worked. Definitely recommend Sunny, Jessica, and the Taradel team!
