Online order process was easy. Was able to put in my insurance info online with no hassle. Glasses I picked up were exactly as ordered.

My contacts were shipped in the wrong strength. I needed -6.50 and -5.0 and received +6.50 and +5.0. One would think someone read the rx before approving the order. Customer service only offered for me to send them back. No replacement.

I went to the location on Clearview Parkway in Metairie LA and bought some glasses. When I received them, I was having trouble reading because what I believe was not aligned correctly as they were progressive bi focal glasses. I have been trying to call them and I cannot get the answer I need to get this corrected. Bad customer service and so far, I regret spending my hard earned money there.

I ordered prescription glasses online. When they arrived I was unable to see clearly, because the lenses were not aligned properly. I returned them and Target took $35 off the refund amount. Their mistake, my loss. Don't order online from Target!
