Long and frustrating story but now I recommend them. I went through some serious problems with the tax optimizer recommendations. I went to customer service and they weren't helpful. Unfortunately, I had to create a negative review here to get attention but in the end they were able to fix everything. It would have been five stars if they were able to address the issues with their customer service support. The industry is growing faster than anybody can keep up. They seem like they are doing their best to keep up. I'm going to keep using them and recommend them.

It's easy to use since initial signup process to exchange linkage to my tax document creation, the process could not have been easier or more user friendly. Highly recommend to anyone buying or selling cryptocurrencies on any platform.
