From the first time I called and spoke with a representative (Tawny) I was treated like I was the only customer she had and nothing changed up until my last call. Once I was approved I spoke to a couple of other departments explaining how to move forward with the process of factoring and everyone was great.

I absolutely despise TBS.... I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to these people!! You send in clear paperwork that mysteriously turns black after transmission to them and then when you call to verify for funding the reps have bad attitudes trying to resolve the issues from the previous day. There is no accountability and you get tossed around from rep to rep blaming someone else adding to the already delayed funding. Can’t wait for contract to end
