I will keep this very simple. The people we have doing our BOL's need to be as diligent as Nadia Ornelas. Just one example Fast Break Logistics in the past asked for original BOL's now they except copies. But every load we do we have to send our email proving they take copies. Nadia would have fixed this in the system as soon as it came to her attention. Over all we love TBS its the only way to run a trucking company!!!! Dan
