The product is great - it is a thinner grade of plastic making it practically invisible on the screen. Putting it on is as easy as any other type of protector - tempered glass or plastic… you need some patience and a steady hand, but once it is on correctly it sits nicely on the screen and has a nice touchscreen feel to it. I would suggest after you get it centered and on correctly, paying a lot of attention to the second film that you will need to remove to complete the application process. It is so thin that I thought I was discarding just the the film, but I removed the entire protector and had to throw it away. Luckily it comes in a pack of 3!! I did have one problem with my purchase. My protector came off. I believe my phone hit my bank card in my purse in just the right way that it shifted the corner and pulled off of the phone. Customer service was very quick to assist via email and send me a replacement. It was suggested that you allow time for the protector to cure to your screen to avoid this from happening again. With my replacement one I will take a little extra care of how I place it in my purse or pocket as to avoid this. Overall this was a good purchase and I had a quick resolution with their customer service.

I needed a replacement of a broken ballistic edge to edge glass. I had issues with the Tech Armor website displaying my previous orders. So I contacted customer support. It was great to get fast help by representative Mike O. He took my info and submitted a replacement order. Great help and easy.

Arrived damaged from shipping, but Tech Armor was quick to respond and offer a replacement. Even with the fold from shipping, the screen protector feels great with an apple pencil, I'm sure the replacement product will be great.
